We have two type of shipping method:

1. Express courier service - for all items. Takes 3~5 working days for delivery. 

2. Normal Registered Air Mail - for Single purchase from Accessories category such as Balls, Tape, Film Protector, Rubber Care Sponge. It takes 14~30 working days for delivery. For combine shipment with others category, we will send it with courier service.

Your order will ship from Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia via Express Courier Service (Fedex & UPS), it takes 3~5 working days for delivery. Fedex Express is our major shipper; however we may use UPS if Fedex do not serve a particular location or others reason. 

* Although Fedex/UPS served most of the major city in the world, but there are some cities which are located outskirt may not served by Fedex/UPS (mostly happen in region like South America and Eastern Europe (example: Russia, Brazil, Kazakhstan). If this situation happen, buyer can provide alternative address or we refund money to buyer.

Custom Duty & Custom Storage Fee – Due to different custom requlation in different countries, we do not responsible for any custom duty and custom storage fee incur, buyer need to pay for it.

Fees - USD 5, additional USD 3 for every 0.5Kg increased.
